INGREDIENTS
1 cup rice
1 litre milk
Condensed milk
Cardamoms seeds
sugar
PREPARING METHOD
1. Clean, wash and soak rice for 15 minutes.
2. Cook rice with milk in a pan till it becomes tender.
3. Add condensed milk (to taste) and cardamom seeds. Usually one tin of condensed milk is good for one litre milk.
4. Add cardamom seeds to taste.
5. Cook on low heat till it becomes thick and turns light brown in color. Make sure you put on a low heat and keep stirring constantly otherwise milk can burn.
